Dundo – The MPLA provincial secretary in Lunda Norte, Ernesto Muangala, said Monday that if his party wins the general elections on 24 August, it would continue to focus on promoting transparent and inclusive governance, prioritising education, health and diversification of the economy.

Ernesto Muangala made this promotion during the act of presentation of the Government programme and the electoral manifesto of the MPLA for the five-year period 2022-2027, to civil society in the municipality of Chitato, as part of the pre-election campaign.

“MPLA is committed to promoting good governance, defending the rigour and transparency of public and administrative acts, continuing to fight corruption and impunity, ensuring macroeconomic stability, diversifying the economy and rescuing the values of citizenship,” he said.

He reiterated that for the province of Lunda Norte, the focus would continue to be on improving access roads, expanding the electricity grid, education, boosting family farming, as well as promoting entrepreneurship and vocational training.
