Angola and Kenya strengthen cooperation in political and economic fields

Luanda – Delegations from Angola and Kenya are discussing issues related to strengthening cooperation in the political, diplomatic, economic, commercial, industrial and cultural fields for two days, in Angolan capital Luanda, Angop learned Friday.

According to a press release from the Angolan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kenyan Minister of State and Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Monica Juma, will start an official visit to Angola on Sunday, 22nd, in the framework of bilateral cooperation.

The programme of the head of the Kenyan diplomacy includes a meeting with her Angolan counterpart, Manuel Augusto, official talks between delegations from Angola and Kenya and a lecture on “security and peace in Africa”, to be held at the Faculty of Law of the University Agostinho Neto.

The minister returns to Nairobi (Kenya) on Tuesday, 24.
