Luanda – The costs for the organisation of the last stage of qualifying for the basketball world championships taking place in Luanda on December 30 – December 2 are estimated at about 200 million kwanzas.

The executive director of the organising committee of the event, Tony Sofrimento, said so Wednesday to the press.

He assured that the organisational aspects will meet the standards required by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA).

He said that bureaucratic aspects relating to the arrival of foreign delegations, including FIBA’s staff, have been secured.
