Bodiva business records 10 percent growth

Luanda – At least eight hundred and 74 billion kwanzas is the volume of business transacted by the Angola Debt and Securities Exchange (Bodiva) in 2019 said on Friday in Luanda the chairman of the stock exchange’s executive committee Ottoniel Santos.

Speaking at a press conference to launch the Annual report on Bodiva markets he stressed that the value of transactions increased by 10% compared to 2018 in Bodiva markets in relation to instruments (government debt) in their different categories bonds and treasure bills.

In the period in question Bodiva’s custody center had the consolidation of 11400 national custody accounts.

These are individual accounts entities that trade securities within Bodiva trading volume and individual accounts that are being measured.

Ottoniel Santos said that in relation to the services provided by Bodiva at its headquarters there were dematerializations carried out by three banks namely Banco Prestigio Banco Yeto and Bai Micro Financas BMF.
