General trend of incidents

Twenty (20) monitors deployed in the 8 health zones covered by Protection monitoring in the territory of Dibaya, Dimbelenge, Luiza (Luambo health zone) and the city of Kananga collected 708 incidents, a decrease of 22 incidents compared to last month. Violations of property rights and GBV account for more than half of all incidents, 68.9% compared to 67.1% in August. Spontaneous repatriates from Angola were the most followed by monitors and affected at 42.1%, followed by residents with 25% and returned (former IDPs) with 20.9%. However, only 326 of the 708 incidents collected and documented in September were followed, or 46%.
