Election2017: CASA-CE announces 8,500 polling station agents

Benguela – The opposition ConvencAPound o Ampla de SalvacAPound o de Angola-ColigacAPound o Eleitoral (CASA-CE) coalition has announced 8,500 polling station agents for central Benguela province, in view of the forthcoming 23 August general election.

The information was released by CASA-CE provincial executive secretary, Francisco Viena, who said 5,200 officials have so far been trained and the remainder 3,300 are being attending training.

The agents are meant to secure the compliance with the election law and transparence of the results at the stations.
