Head of State appoints ambassadors to Congo, Japan and Rwanda

Luanda – Angolan president JoAPound o Lourenco Tuesday appointed Vicente Muanda, Rui Orlando Ferreira de Ceita da Silva Xavier and Eduardo Filomeno Leiro Octavio, to the positions of ambassadors to Republic of Congo, Japan and Rwanda, respectively.

The newly appointed ambassadors take over from Pedro Fernando Mavunza (Congo) and JoAPound o Vahekeni (Japan).

In Rwanda, Angola was represented by the ambassador to Ethiopia and at the African Union.
