Portugal: Association disseminates Angolan culture

Lisbon – Angola’s House Association in Lisbon, Portugal, has been divulging many aspects such as Angolan culture, the union of the community residing in Portugal and the exchange of experience with other cultures.

The fact was announced by the chairperson of the said Association, Zeferino Boal on Thursday.

Boal was speaking to ANGOP, ahead of the 47th anniversary of the creation of Association, on June 25.

Zeferino Boal said that the House of Angola is taking advantage of this period of peace to convey a fraternal message of humanism.

According to him, the dissemination of Angolan culture entails various activities with stress to exhibitions, presentations of books by Angolans and arts from other African countries.

The Angola’s House Association in Lisbon was founded on June 25, 1971 by young people born in Angola but resident and studying in Portugal.
