Roller Hockey: Angola seek to improve position in World Championship

Luanda – Angola senior men’s roller hockey team will seek to improve their performance in the World Roller Hockey Championship to take place this year in Spain.

This was said in a press conference by the national team’s coach, Fernando Falle, who added that taking into account the cohesion and competitiveness of the group, improvement can be achieved.

Angola will have a three-week pre-competitive preparation period ahead of the world championship.

The team will seek to improve the prior fifth position achieved in 2017, so far the best position the squad have reached in a world roller hockey championship.

Angola, who are the current African champions, are part of group A along with Italy, France and Spain.
