Luanda: The General Tax Administration (AGT) will suspend, starting December 1 of this year, the Tax Identification Number (NIF) of companies that have not submitted any tax returns for more than 12 months, the institution overseen by the Ministry of Finance warned Friday.
According to Angola Press News Agency, in a press release, the institution states that, according to the law, the companies covered by this measure have been notified by public notice at their respective Tax Offices.
To avoid the suspension of their NIF, the agency explains, companies must regularize their tax situation by November 30, 2025, by submitting the missing tax returns and paying the due tax charges, using the Taxpayer Portal.
