A “special” delegation from the American Congress in Niamey

A delegation from the U.S. Congress led by Rep. Austin Scott (R-GA) of the House Armed Services Committee and including members of the House Select Committee on Intelligence in Niger, visited Niamey, the Niger Press Agency reported Saturday evening. "The U.S. Embassy in Niamey hosted a bipartisan U.S. Congressional delegation led by Rep.
