Luanda: The North American power forward, Ejimofor Anosike, has signed for Angola’s Petro de Luanda aiming to reinforce the team for the Sahara Conference BAL competition, set to happen this year from 26 April to 04 May in Dakar, Senegal.
According to Angola Press News Agency, Anosike, who was playing for Belgium’s BNXT squad, is a proficient player and efficient in both short and long distance shots. Ejimofor Anosike, who has played in China and the Philippines as well, is expected to join the Angolan squad in the coming few days.
With this, Petro de Luanda close their signing of foreign players for this season, according to the regulation, after the contracts with Souleyman Diabate, Rigoberto Mendonza, and Pape Badji.
In the Sahara Conference, Petro de Luanda will be facing the Kriol Star of Cape Verde, AS Ville (Senegal), and Monastir (Tunisia).
