Luanda: Angolan Head of State Joo Louren§o on Monday sent a message of congratulations to the re-elected President of Tanzania, Samia Suluhu Hassan, for the victory achieved in the presidential elections held on October 29th.
According to Angola Press News Agency, the message, made public by the Press Services of the Presidency of the Republic, reflects the satisfaction of the Angolan Executive and President Louren§o with the electoral result, which they believe acknowledges the governance efforts of President Samia Hassan. The efforts are aimed at consolidating peace, stability, and socioeconomic development in Tanzania.
The message highlights the approval of the Tanzanian people for President Hassan's governance, emphasizing the importance of harmony as a foundational example for development within the nation. President Louren§o expressed confidence that Angola and Tanzania will continue to strengthen their friendly and cooperative relations, both bilaterally and within the Southern African Development Community (SADC).
