Luanda: Angolan President Joo Louren§o appointed three new Secretaries of State by presidential decree on Tuesday, targeting key positions in taxation, fisheries, and marine resource management.
According to Angola Press News Agency, Jos© Vieira Nuno Leiria has been appointed Secretary of State for Tax Affairs, Victor Capapelo Chilamba takes over as Secretary of State for Fisheries and Aquaculture, and Alvaro da Cunha CSndido dos Santos assumes the role of Secretary of State for Space Management and Marine Resources.
