Assassination attempt: The King of Morocco expresses his sympathy and solidarity with Donald Trump

Ouagadougou: His Majesty King Mohamed VI of Morocco sent on Sunday a message of sympathy and solidarity to Donald Trump, following the assassination attempt of which he was the victim, Saturday during a meeting in Pennsylvania, the AIB has learned. In his message, the King of Morocco said he 'was shocked and deeply saddened by the terrible assassination attempt perpetrated yesterday' against Donald Trump. Her Majesty said she was relieved to learn that Mr Trump is 'safe and sound' before expressing her sympathy and solidarity following this 'heinous attack'. The King also strongly condemned political violence, while wishing Mr. Trump 'a speedy recovery' so that he can continue to serve the great American Nation. 'My thoughts and prayers are with you, Mr. President, your family, as well as the innocent victims of this deplorable act,' concludes the message from His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco.
