Infrastructure development is high on the agenda of candidates Sabeur El Hkari and Habib Saafi, who will represent the localities of Sidi Ahmed in Bizerte-South and Menzel Abderrahman in Menzel Jemil, respectively in the local elections to be held on December 24.
Candidate Sabeur El Hkari has promised to speed up the completion of stalled projects, including the reopening of the post office in Borj Chelaf, the rehabilitation of the local road No. 304 and the construction of a dispensary in Zargoun, as well as reinforcing the connection to the electricity network and improving roads.
Candidate Habib Saafi promised to oversee the projects of the Urban Rehabilitation and Renovation Agency (ARRU) in his region and to promote education, health and transport services for the local population.
