Caila: The national youth director of the Baptist Convention in Angola (CBA), Eliseu Francisco, assured the active involvement of the young people of the religious institution in the moralization of the communities.
According to Angola Press News Agency, the youth leader made the remarks at the closing ceremony of the CBA national youth camp, which had been held since last Thursday in the municipality of Ca¡la, Huambo province. The camp saw the participation of 500 young people from across the country. Francisco emphasized that the youth would contribute to community transformation by intensifying the moralization project and reinforcing good social practices.
He highlighted that the national camp, organized under the motto "Impacted to Transform," had strengthened the ethical and moral capacity of the participants. The young attendees were equipped with the necessary tools to promote good social practices within their communities.
Francisco urged that the lessons learned from the camp be carried forward to various spheres such as churches, schools, universities, neighborhoods, and nations to contribute to the participatory construction of the country. Furthermore, he mentioned that the CBA leadership aims to strengthen actions directed at changing youth mindsets to counter negative acts, including the vandalism of public property.
