Luanda: The National Directorate of the State Budget (DNOE) has confirmed the full payment of the 13th salary to civil servants in a single installment, marking a shift from the staggered payment method that has been in place for over five years.
According to Angola Press News Agency, the institution noted in a statement that, due to public treasury management requirements, the payment, also known as the Christmas bonus, will be made in sectoral groups. The plan outlines payments to ministerial departments in August, bodies of sovereignty in September, the health, education, and local state administration sectors in October, and military bodies in November.
