Luanda: The French Embassy in Angola is hosting a fireworks display in Luanda on Monday (14), in celebration of the French National Day. According to Angola Press News Agency, the five-minute display will take place between 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm at Largo das Escolas in the municipality of Maianga. The document emphasizes that the event was authorized based on a favorable technical opinion from the Maianga Municipal Command and the Civil Protection and Fire Services, following an inspection of the site to ensure all safety conditions required for this type of event. The GPL appeals for the understanding and cooperation of all residents, recommending that, during this period, they avoid unnecessary approach to the security perimeter and maintain calm.
