Luanda: The Minister of Health, Sílvia Lutucuta, demanded on Monday in Mavinga, Cuando province, rigor, transparency, impartiality, and fairness in all stages of the external public tender in the sector. According to Angola Press News Agency, the minister emphasized the importance of coordinating with other Public Administration bodies, such as the Education, Defense, and Security sectors, to ensure the organization, security, credibility, and transparency of the process. This coordination is seen as crucial to maintaining the integrity of the tender. Sílvia Lutucuta highlighted that due to the expansive geography of the province, the municipalities of Mavinga and Cuito Cuanavale will conduct the tests over a period of three days. This decision aims to reduce travel challenges and ensure better conditions for participant involvement. She further stated that organizing the competition in this manner will ensure it is conducted safely and transparently, providing equal opportunities for all candidates. The r egistration for the competition, which took place from July 13 to 31, has resulted in 32,759 candidates vying for 350 vacancies in the province of Cuando.
