The social partners recognized the challenging macroeconomic context that the country is facing but called for a strategic increase in investment in the health system. The Health Ministry was recom mended to strengthen primary healthcare by improving infrastructure, human resources, technologies, and logistics. The statement also said that the ministry should strengthen preventive health actions by prioritizing vaccination and child nutrition programs.
