Kampala: The Minister of State and Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic, Dionsio Manuel da Fonseca, is representing the Angolan Head of State, Joo Louren§o, at the inauguration ceremony of the elected President of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni. The ceremony is taking place at the Kololo Ceremonial Center and is being attended by Heads of State and Government from several countries.
According to Angola Press News Agency, Dionsio Manuel da Fonseca arrived in the Ugandan capital on Monday as a special envoy of the Angolan President. He is carrying a message addressed to his Ugandan counterpart, re-elected in the presidential elections held in January of this year. Upon his arrival in Kampala, the Minister of State was received by the representative of the Angolan diplomatic mission in Kenya, Jorge Kassesse.
