Luanda: The first municipal secretary of the MPLA in Camucuio, Manuel Canivete, has called upon militants to intensify their efforts in updating the unofficial electoral registration at the Single Public Service Desk (BUAP). This appeal aligns with the party's aim to enhance democracy and encourage civic participation. According to Angola Press News Agency, Canivete described the task as both a patriotic duty and an essential contribution to the democratic process. His remarks were made during the opening of a political seminar designed to empower JMPLA cadres, emphasizing the importance of political awareness and active participation in the electoral process. Canivete urged young individuals to focus on political and ideological training, which would reinforce the party's foundational structures and prepare its members for the upcoming 2027 General Elections. He highlighted the seminar as a testament to the party's strategic planning and its dedication to cultivating a new generation of leaders.
