Nabeul 2-Local elections: Re-exploitation of state-owned land at heart of candidates’ election programmes in Grombalia


The allocation of agricultural plots to young people and small farmers and the upgrading of infrastructure are the two main points in the election programmes of candidates for the December 24 local elections in Nabeul-2, Amin Bouziri and Adel Zainine in the east Grombalia constituency and Maher Naouali in the Chammas constituency in the Grombalia delegation.

Candidate Amir Bouziri promised to draw up action plans for the implementation of a host of projects, notably the laying of a ring road to the east of the town of Grombalia, the installation of a sewage network in the Ennour neighbourhood and the development of the industrial estate on the Beni Khalled road.

For his part, candidate Adel Zainine said that his programme revolves around consolidating the participation of young people and women in the development process, promising the allocation of agricultural plots to unemployed graduates for projects, the rehabilitation of the wholesale market in Grombalia and the connection of certain areas of the reg
ion to the Sonede network.

Maher Naouali announced in turn, that his electoral programme includes the re-launch of blocked projects in the region, undertaking to re-exploit state-owned land for the benefit of young people and small farmers, and upgrading infrastructure in the region.
