Ninety-seven MPs called on the Presidency of the Assembly of People's Representatives (ARP) on Tuesday to speed up the examination of the draft law criminalising normalisation with the Zionist entity, in a request sent to the ARP registry office. The bill, presented by the Sovereign National Line bloc since June 2013, had been referred to the Committee on Rights and Freedoms, which has not yet begun its examination, MP Abderrazak Aouidet told TAP. In their request, the MPs reaffirm their full support for the Palestinian people and their right to recover its land, pointing out that normalisation with the Zionist entity is a "great betrayal".
