President of the Republic Kais Saied on Friday received Interior Minister Kamel Féki, National Security Director General Mourad Saidane and National Guard Commander General Houcine Gharbi.
The meeting focused on ensuring the security of schools at the start of the new school year, and combating speculation and price hikes in collaboration with the Trade Ministry, according to a Presidency of the Republic press release.
The situation of irregular migrants in Sfax and the upsurge in migratory flows, particularly along the coasts of the governorates of Sfax and Mahdia, were also discussed.
The Head of State underlined the need to preserve the security of the State and its citizens in compliance with the law.
