Bogand©: The company Songri et Fils provided, this Saturday, July 18, 2025, food support worth 500,000 FCFA to the Volunteers for the Defense of the Fatherland (VDP) of Bogand©. Consisting of 20 bags of rice weighing 50 kilograms and 5 cans of 20 liters of oil, the donation was officially received by the second vice-president of the special delegation of the urban commune of Bogand©, Mr. Oumarou Tindano.
According to Burkina Information Agency, this gesture, as stated by the head of the donor company, aims to demonstrate solidarity and recognition towards the VDP, who, at the cost of many sacrifices, actively contribute to the security of the population and the preservation of peace in the locality.
Upon receiving the donation, Mr. Oumarou Tindano welcomed the initiative and thanked the company for its patriotic contribution. He indicated that this gesture strengthens the morale of the VDP and encourages other goodwill organizations to follow suit.
As a reminder, the urban commune of Bogand© is one of the localities in the Eastern region where the VDP play a crucial role in the fight against insecurity, alongside the Defense and Security Forces (FDS).
