Tunis: The 3rd Tunisian-French Co-Industrial Development Forum will be held in Tunis from June 6 to 7.
The aim is to exchange experiences and assess the industrial sector in Tunisia, the French embassy in Tunis announced on Tuesday.
Several French, European and international organisations employ thousands of people in Tunisia as part of the Africa-Europe development strategy, the embassy added.
The forum will highlight the challenges of decarbonisation, digital transformation and financing to improve the efficiency of human capital for ten French institutions specialised in offering solutions that respond to the needs of Tunisian industrialists.
The forum, an initiative of the French Business Office at the French Embassy in Tunis and the French brand FAB, is open to all Tunisian and foreign organisations based in Tunisia.
It will feature testimonials and introductions from the French and Tunisian sides, followed by professional meetings and panel discussions on industrial investment, the development of I
ndustry 4.0, decarbonisation and human capital challenges between the two shores of the Mediterranean.
It will also feature business meetings between French experts and industrialists, as well as a space to showcase the skills of members of the Tunisian-French Chamber of Commerce in the industrial sector.
The last edition of the Tunisia-France Industrial Development Forum, held in Tunis on June 13 and 14, brought together 250 industrialists and ten French institutions.
