Luanda – Advertising firms have the possibility to start as of Wednesday (Dec. 21) registering with the National Advertising Directorate (DNP) via internet, through dnp.minttics.gov.ao web address.
The platform for the registration and licensing of marketing and advertising companies aims to facilitate the exchange, as well as remove the red tape linked to the accreditation of these institutions.
The Secretary of State for Social Communication, Nuno Caldas, who presided over the ceremony, said the launch of this online tool comes in a context of digitisation and is instrumental in growing and developing Angola.
Nuno Caldas also stressed the MINTTICS’ commitment to this sector, by raising the importance of greater approach, dialogue and interaction with its main actors, as well as partners, stimulating the attention of young creativity in this market.
In view of the training project to be implemented at the level of youth, the official announced plans for the creation of a marketing and advertising academy, in partnership with Training Centre for Journalist (CEFOJOR) and other public and private institutions.
In turn, the National Advertising Director of MINTTICS, Matuta Cuato, said that this platform will facilitate the process of registration and licensing of companies at the DNP level.
On the other hand, Cuato said that only the companies with provisional certificates will be required to register online.
