Luanda:The AgriTech Show Luanda 2026, an agribusiness fair hosted at the Quiminha farm in the municipality of Cabiri, Icolo e Bengo Province, concluded on Sunday after a four-day run. The event is set to return next year. According to Angola Press News Agency, the fair featured participation from at least 60 companies, including international firms from Portugal and Brazil. These companies showcased a range of agricultural machinery and farm produce. The opening day of the event was marked by the presence of notable officials, including the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Isaac dos Anjos, and Portugal's Secretary of State for Agriculture, Joo Moura. They toured the stands, engaging with farmers who shared insights into their daily agricultural practices. Throughout the fair, exhibitors organized various conferences and round-table discussions. Attendees also had the opportunity to visit agricultural fields to gain firsthand experience of cultivation techniques and observe the production of cereals, v egetables, and leafy greens.
