According to Angola Press News Agency, Anibal da Costa made this statement during a meeting with the Consul General of Angola in Lisbon. The meeting aimed to outline the association's areas of action for the year in Portugal. The note further highlighted the delegate's emphasis on the association's role in fostering a more participatory and supportive diaspora committed to the values of Angolan citizenship.
