Luanda: The First Lady of the Republic, Ana Dias Lourenço, is participating this Friday in the third edition of the International Congress on Assertive Leadership (CILA), a forum considered a benchmark for leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals from various sectors. According to Angola Press News Agency, the event is promoted by the Franstel Group and will also be attended by the former Prime Minister of Portugal, Pedro Passos Coelho, among other national and international personalities. The congress aims to analyze leadership models oriented towards assertiveness, strategic vision, and human intelligence, in a global scenario marked by rapid transformations. The initiative also intends to create a sharing of experiences, practical tools, and high-impact debates. According to the CEO of Franstel Group, Francisco Destino, CILA makes a relevant contribution to the training of leaders capable of transforming people, businesses, and societies. "More than an event, it represents a platform that re inforces the strategic and human skills essential for modern and inclusive leadership, focused on results," he stated. The program includes intervention from experts in the areas of governance, economics, organizational behavior, and strategic communication, who will address topics such as emotional intelligence, leadership in times of crisis, performance culture, positive influence, and team management.
