Angola and UAE discuss strengthening of bilateral cooperation

Luanda – Angolan president João Lourenço discussed Monday issues related to the strengthening of bilateral cooperation with his counterpart of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

João Lourenço spoke with Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan by phone, according to the information posted on Presidency’s Facebook page.

The two States have a reciprocal investment protection agreement, which is the starting point for UAE investments in Angola and vice versa.

The Governments of Angola and the UAE have ratified the Convention to avoid Double Taxation and Tax Evasion.
