Luanda- Angola is hosting, from 17 to 19 of this month, the 9th meeting of ministers of Science, Technology and Higher Education of the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries (CPLP).
The event, according to a note from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, aims to strengthen cooperation in this sector by assessing the implementation degree of the Strategic Plan for Multilateral Cooperation in Science, Technology and Higher Education of the CPLP for the period between 2014 and 2020 and approve a new sectoral political agenda with a horizon until 2026.
Among other topics, proposals for intra- and extra-community multilateral cooperation projects and programs in the field of Science, Technology and Higher Education of the CPLP will be analyzed, as well as the cooperation of the CPLP with international organizations and civil society organizations.
