The message was given to Bolivia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Celinda Sosa Lunda, as part of discussions on enhancing bilateral cooperation.
According to Angola Press News Agency, the meeting included proposals for agreements aimed at boosting cooperation between Angola and Bolivia. These proposals focus on personnel training and visa exemptions for diplomatic and service passports.
As Angola's representative, Azevedo Francisco will also attend the central event of Bolivia's bicentennial celebrations on Wednesday in Sucre. This historic site is where Bolivia's declaration of independence was proclaimed in 1825. Bolivia's independence reflects the broader Latin American struggle for self-determination and sovereignty.
