According to Angola Press News Agency, the letter's delivery preceded official discussions between Angola and Vietnam's delegations. The talks focused on evaluating bilateral relations and exploring ways to enhance cooperation in areas of mutual interest. The officials emphasized maintaining high political trust and enhancing cooperation mechanisms to foster economic and social development in both countries.
The discussions also addressed multilateral issues, underscoring the significance of international cooperation and mutual support for their candidacies in global organizations. The review and updating of legal frameworks governing bilateral cooperation were highlighted to adapt to current challenges and opportunities.
