Luanda – Angolan health authorities announced Friday the recovery of 43 patients, 27 new infections and 1 death.
The data carried in daily report mentions 23 recoveries residing in Luanda and the remaining 20 in Zaire provinces.
Of the new cases – 17 men and 10 women, aged between 5 and 59 years – 10 were diagnosed in Luanda, 6 in Benguela, 6 in Cabinda, 4 in Huambo and 1 in Zaire.
The single death involves a 79-year-old citizen of the Huila province.
So far, Angola has a total of 98,501 cases, 96,205 recoveries, 1,898 deaths, and 398 active patients.
