Cairo: Egypt aims to strengthen cooperation with Angola for common development. The Egyptian authorities have expressed interest in enhancing collaboration with Angola in trade, investment, tourism, and energy sectors to promote mutual well-being and development.
According to Angola Press News Agency, Egypt’s Minister of Oil and Gas, Karim Badawi, speaking on behalf of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly during the 49th anniversary of Angola’s independence at the Angolan Embassy, emphasized the importance of expanding this partnership. He highlighted that such collaboration should extend to other sectors to foster economic growth in both nations and across the African continent.
Badawi acknowledged the robust bilateral relations and high-level contacts between the two countries, which the Egyptian government values in its relations with Angola and its people. He congratulated Nelson Manuel Cosme, the Angolan ambassador to Egypt, for his efforts over the past four years in enhancing bilateral cooperation and fos
tering a positive relationship between the two nations.
Furthermore, Badawi reiterated the Egyptian government’s commitment to promoting and strengthening these relations, aiming for increased collaboration across various sectors.
