Head of State Inaugurates New Cabinda Government Headquarters

Cabinda: President Joo Louren§o inaugurated the new building of the Cabinda Province government on Tuesday, fulfilling the agenda of his two-day working visit to the region.

According to Angola Press News Agency, the infrastructure comprises 142 rooms spread across nine floors, designed to ensure better working conditions, greater administrative efficiency, and the modernization of public services. The ground floor features 10 rooms, including workrooms, an archive, a CCTV control room, a fire room, a supply room, a storage room, a first aid room, and a pantry.

The first floor includes ten divisions, featuring the main auditorium, workrooms, an archive, and a pantry. The second floor stands out as the largest, with twenty-nine rooms, including a waiting room, workrooms, meeting rooms, and a pantry.

From the third to the fifth floor, there are sixteen compartments on each level, divided into workrooms, archives, meeting rooms, and a pantry. The sixth floor contains fifteen compartments with a similar configuration. The seventh floor has sixteen areas, and the eighth floor completes the structure with fourteen compartments, also used for work, archive, meeting, and pantry rooms.

The new headquarters of the Cabinda Provincial government represents a milestone in the enhancement of local administration, offering modern and functional conditions to employees and ensuring more efficient and qualified service. The Head of the Executive Branch is scheduled to return to Luanda this Tuesday afternoon.
