Luanda – Interclube, 4th placed with 28 points, and Benguela’s Wiliete in third place with 30 points are battling Sunday for the third position of the national first division football championship.
Separated by two points, the host Interclube will try to “dislodge” their opponent from the third position, in the championship that is now on its 18th round.
Wiliete beat Inter 2-0 at home in the first-leg encounter.
With Desportivo da Lunda Sul (12th with 16 pts)/Petro de Luanda (1st with 35 pts) match postponed, 1.º de Agosto that co-lead the championship with 35 pts were unable to take the lead of the competition after conceding a 1-0 defeat to Santa Rita de Cássia do Uige.
Petro de Luanda drew 0-0 Saturday with Algeria’s JS Kabylie for the first round of group A of the CAF Champions League.
