Luanda Hosts National Digital Transformation Forum’s 2nd Edition

Luanda: The city of Luanda will host, on the 13th and 14th of this month, the 2nd Edition of the National Artificial Intelligence Forum (FNIA 2026), which will address current challenges in the world of business and human capital. Speaking to the press on Thursday, the event coordinator, Estevo Zinga, revealed that in this 2nd Edition, the focus will be turned towards digital and data transformation.

According to Angola Press News Agency, under the motto "From Analysis to Decision, from Data to Impact", the event will gather business leaders, public decision-makers, academics, specialists, entrepreneurs, and investors to discuss the impact of Artificial Intelligence and data on organizational competitiveness and the economic development of Angola.

Estevo Zinga stated that over the two days, topics such as leadership in the era of artificial engineering, ethics in the era of artificial engineering, data governance, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure will be on the table.

According to the official, the event aims to be a national collaboration platform and a space where the public and private sectors, academia, and entrepreneurs can build solutions to meet the challenges of the digital economy. He believes that artificial intelligence will bring major advancements to Angola due to the power that this technology holds worldwide within the productive sector and public administration.

Organized by the Business and Innovation Forum, FNIA26 has the institutional support of the Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication (MINTTICS) and the Data Protection Agency (APD).
