Minister of Foreign Affairs meets Dutch and Belgian ambassadors in Tunis

Cooperation between Tunisia and the Netherlands on the one hand and Belgium on the other was at heart of two meetings held Thursday between the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Nabil Ammar, and the two countries’ ambassadors, Josephine Barbara Frantzen and François Dimon, respectively.

Receiving the Dutch diplomat, the Minister highlighted the historical relations of friendship between the two countries, whether in the framework of bilateral cooperation or in relation to European and international companies. He reiterated his wish for the Netherlands to continue its support for Tunisia.

The two parties reviewed the various aspects of bilateral cooperation and means of extending it to other niches.

For her part, Ambassador Frantzen expressed her determination to develop the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, which are celebrating this year the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
