Luanda: The electricity supply has been disrupted since Monday in some parts of the Zona Verde III neighborhood, in the municipality of Belas, Luanda, due to a fault in the medium-voltage line caused by a fallen pole. According to Angola Press News Agency, the information is contained in a note from the National Electricity Distribution Company (ENDE-E.P.), sent to ANGOP this Tuesday, stating that the pole was knocked down by an out-of-control vehicle. In the statement, ENDE advises that while the work is underway, the installations should be considered as if they were under voltage. The institution regrets the incident and appeals for maximum understanding. It assures that everything is being done for the urgent restoration of the electricity supply to the affected areas.
