Luanda: President Joo Louren§o appointed Adelino Domingos Kai as the vice-governor for Technical Services and Infrastructure of the northern Zaire province.
According to Angola Press News Agency, in another decree, and for reasons of service, the Head of State dismissed Angela Maria Botelho de Carvalho Diogo from the position of vice-governor of the province of Zaire for Technical Services and Infrastructure.
