Luanda: The Right Honourable, Prime Minister Samuel Ntsokoane Matekane, was among the Heads of State and Government who participated in the African Union Extraordinary Session in Luanda, Angola. The session convened African leaders to discuss issues of continental significance and to bolster cooperative efforts aimed at advancing Africa's development and integration.
According to African Press Organization, Prime Minister Matekane extended his diplomatic mission by visiting the United Capital Fertilizers (UCF) in Zambia. During the visit, he was guided by UCF Board Chairperson, Mr. Chance Kabaye, and his team. The primary focus of the visit was to explore potential collaborations for the supply and development of fertilizers tailored to Lesotho's soil conditions and seeds. Discussions also included the possibility for UCF to establish a fertilizer manufacturing facility within Lesotho.
