Tunis: On the occasion of the 69th observance of the proclamation of Republic, President Kais Saied issued a special pardon on Thursday for 2,439 prisoners. According to Agence Tunis Afrique Presse, the Head of State also issued instructions to grant conditional release to an additional 490 prisoners.
