Luanda: The Integrated Public Service Centre (SIAC) collected more than 2.47 billion Kwanzas for the Single Treasury Account (CUT) between January and July 2026, Secretary of State for Public Administration Domingos Filipe revealed on Thursday in Luanda. Speaking at a meeting of the Ministry of Public Administration, Labour and Social Security (MAPTSS), the official announced that 1,490,921 users were served during the period across SIAC's 16 sub-units.
According to Angola Press News Agency, Domingos Filipe stated that the business unit accounted for 54% of all services provided, the public services unit represented 45%, while the workers' nominal registration unit and the labour intermediation unit each accounted for 0.5%. He further announced that the SIAC network plans to build 24 service sub-units by 2027, increase its service capacity by 16%, reduce average service time from 25 minutes to 10 minutes, and modernise its technological infrastructure nationwide.
The network currently operates 16 sub-units in the provinces of Luanda, Benguela, Bengo, Hula, Lunda Sul, Moxico, Huambo, Malanje, Cabinda, Cunene, and Uge.
