Seoul: At least three South Korean companies have shown interest in investing in the Angolan market, focusing on solid waste management and its conversion into energy, solar panel manufacturing, and education.
According to Angola Press News Agency, the announcement was made during a meeting in Seoul with Angola's ambassador to South Korea, Sianga Ablio. The companies involved include Boguk Enertec, Giventech Co, and Gyeongkuk National University, represented by their respective leaders, Oh-Sik Kwon, Chang Han Kim, and Heun-Jin Kwon.
The Angolan ambassador expressed gratitude for the interest and urged the companies to formalize their investment intentions. Sianga Ablio recommended that delegations be sent to Angola for fact-finding missions to conduct feasibility studies. He assured that the Angolan Diplomatic Mission in Seoul is ready to offer necessary support to facilitate these initiatives.
