Talari Ouoba Praises Sangui©’s Educational Achievements in 2025 BEPC and CEP Session

Ouagadougou: The High Commissioner of the province of Sangui©, Talari Germaine Ouoba, welcomed the commendable results achieved in the 2025 BEPC and CEP sessions during the Provincial Consultation Framework (CCP) held at the high commission premises in R©o.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Ms. Ouoba expressed her appreciation to all statutory members for their dedication and the quality of work across their departments, particularly highlighting the education stakeholders for their success in the Primary School Certificate (CEP) and the First Cycle Studies Certificate (BEPC). The meeting, chaired by the High Commissioner herself, gathered statutory members and local development stakeholders, marking a return to activities following a period of budgetary constraints.

The session's agenda included significant presentations: projects led by SPONG and ASMADE, the implementation of the agro-pastoral and fisheries initiative for the 2025 wet season, and the organization of the 2025 reforestation campaign. Each presentation was followed by advocacy discussions. In her opening remarks, Ms. Ouoba emphasized the importance of dialogue and collaborative efforts for the development of local authorities, thanking the community for their support in administrative missions.

She applauded the professionalism and dedication of those involved in education for the province's favorable results, urging them to maintain their efforts for the upcoming Baccalaureate exam. The Sangui© CCP aims to ensure project coherence, serve as an information and training hub, mobilize technical resources, harmonize intervention strategies, and promote local development, she reiterated.

As the session coincided with the rainy season's onset, Ms. Ouoba encouraged producers and rural stakeholders to strive for a "successful wet agricultural campaign," hoping for beneficial rainfall and abundant harvests to enhance food security. The session concluded with various updates and discussions of interest.

In her closing address, Ms. Ouoba called upon "divine providence and the spirits of our ancestors" to support the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) and the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP) in their mission to restore the nation's territorial integrity.
