Tunindex clesed Friday’s session up 0.2% to 8609.1 points, taking its annual performance to 6.4%, said broker Tunisie Valeurs.
Due to the lack of block trades, trading remained weak, amounting to nearly TND 4 million.
MPBS shares were the biggest gainers, after soaring by 6% to TND 5.670, in a relatively sustained volume of TND 236 thousand.
UADH shares were among the session’s biggest winners by rising 4.1% to TND 0.760, generating TND 153 thousandin trading.
SOMOCER shares figured among the session’s biggest losers after generating only TND 11 thousand. The shares fell by 2.7% to TND 0.730.
Essoukna shares closed the session on a negative note. The shares were not traded, falling by 1.3% to TND 1.500. The stock has had a difficult trading year in 2023, underperforming by 20% to date.
Hannibal Lease shares were the most sought-after during this session. The price remained unchanged at TND 5.280, generating a capital of TND 478 thousand.
